Estou com um problema no VMWare em que eu não consigo consolidar uma VM. Ocorre a mensagem de "Unable to access file <unspecified filename> since it is locked":

Pois bem, tentei consolidar a máquina de outra forma, que foi: fazer um snapshot da VM, remover esse snapshot e depois mover para outro DataStore. Ocorreu a mensagem de erro abaixo:

Inclusive isso ocorreu depois que o Avamar estava fazendo um backup, mas houve uma queda na rede, e o processo de backup foi interrompido. O que eu posso fazer nesse caso ?
