How to enable VMotion

Hello,

we have to ESX Server, a 3.0 and a 3.0.1. On the first one are 8 VM's and on the second are none. Now we have created a Cluster and enable for this Cluster HA an DRS. Everything is connected on the Cluster and works fine.

But on the Summary I can see that the vMotion is not enabled. The Features is licensed but how can I enable vMotion?

At this time i'm not able to migrate an VM. What should i have to do.
