Cannot start vCenter Server - vim.fault.ConcurrentAccess

Hello,

I am running vSphere 4.1 with vCenter bundled with the database. Everything was working fine, until I upgraded the VMware tools on the vCenter vm. After the upgrade, I shutdown the machine, increased its RAM from 2GB to 4GB and started it again. Now the vCenter server won't start. I the vpxd, there is one more error about an IP conflict between two machines (VM1 and VM2). Both of them are powered off, but the error still appears in the log. Can you please help me?
