Reporting tab error in vCenter 5.1A

When clicking the reporting tab in vCenter (Administration -> Licensing -> Reporting), the error "An internal system error occurred" was found.

In our enviorment, I install Single Sign on , Inventory service and vCenter 5.1A through using simple install method.Also, vSphere Web Client was installed.

Is this error related to SSL certificate and vSphere Web Client?
